PAYMENT:
All payments are due within thirty (30) days of the order confirmation or sixty (60) days prior to performance date, whichever occurs first. If the date of the performance is less than sixty days prior to balance payment, balance payment will be due no less than four weeks from the performance date. For reservations made four weeks prior to a selected performance date, Show of the Month Group Sales will only accept payment-in-full. Payment dates will vary depending on the date of confirmation and actual show date. Final payments for purchased tickets are non-refundable.

INCREASING & DECREASING ORDER:
Up until the final payment, initial ticket orders may be adjusted without penalty provided any decreased total does not go below the minimum group amount. Orders may not be adjusted after the final payment is received. Once tickets are purchased there are no refunds or exchanges. Groups cannot purchase single tickets once payment is received and tickets have been issued. Please be accurate with final counts.

Show of the Month Group Sales gladly accepts checks, and MASTER CARD, VISA, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. Check should be made payable and sent to:

CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason you need to cancel your order prior to making a payment, contact Show of the Month Group Sales immediately so that we can accommodate other group requests. Payments will not be refunded! Show of the Month Group Sales reserves the right to cancel the order and release group tickets if payment is not received within two business days past the deadline.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION:
Tickets will be sent to group leaders by regular mail once final payment is received. When possible, tickets will be mailed within 10 to 14 days after payment is received. Tickets may also be held at the theatre Will Call window. If you require other delivery methods, please provide appropriate account information. Group leaders are solely responsible for distributing tickets to group members well in advance of entering the theatre and should keep a record of each individual's ticket location in case of lost, misplaced or stolen tickets.
